Blue Lotus is traditionally known to be a gateway to the divine. For centuries, Blue Lotus has been respected as an ancestral flower used in meditation practices, and to enhance third-eye function.
Ingredients: Blue Lotus (Nymphaea caerulea) Flower^

Size: 28g dried flower petals per jar. 23 servings (using 1 tbsp per serving) per container.
Suggested Use:
Infuse 1 tbsp in 1 cup of hot water (first boil the water and let it cool a little before pouring it over the delicate blue flower petals). Let it steep for 5-7 minutes.
Remember, a longer steep time just makes it taste bitter while losing the subtle taste and feel it provides.
It is lovely as an evening drink.
